I began this blog to share the health journey that I am on. On December 1, 2021, I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic end stage cirrhosis, compensated liver. The moment I received that diagnosis, I began educating myself about liver disease, one topic at a time. I found it easier to understand the topics if I were to write about it.

This diagnosis has become the unexpected catalyst in changing my outlook on life. I want to live a life that is full of adventure, fulfilling, joyful and most importantly, I want to be healthy.
